MEEN APPAM (FISH MASALA STUFFED ROTI)

(Fish masala stuffed roti)

Method:

Fish Masala:(I used king fish)

In pan add lil oil n saute garlic ,cury leaves n green chilly...to this add choped onion,turmeric saute well...add sme choped tomato and litle tamarind juice..mix well n add red chilly paste and salt.


Nw add cleaned fish mix all n cook well..once fish s cooked, reduce flame n remove d bones out of it, and wd spoon cut fish flesh into smaller pieces and mix with masala (do not mash)... 


Prepare a dough using rice powder,salt and water similar to chapathi dough. 


Take a medium size ball and flatten  into larger size using presser.Place d presd dough on banana leaf or aluminum foil
Now place masala inside it n fold it,repeat same for all


Now place this in a steamer n steam fo 20-30 min.
