IFTAR RECIPE: ROOHABZA KHEER


Iftar recipe:roohabza kheer


ROOHABZA KHEER


Take almost half cup basmati rice,soak and grind into course paste.


Next take a saucepan, add 2 cup milk n when it starts to boil,add rice paste and cook (keep stiring)in lowest flame.till t gets thickened to kheer consistency.


Now add half tin milkmaid n stir.(acc to ur taste),cardomom powder finely chopped dryfruits and then 2 spoon f roohabza syrup.


Mix evrythn well.
chill and serve decorating with dryfruits
