GODHAMB KANHI(WHEAT KHEER)

godhamb kanhi[Wheat kheer] (using jaggery):

 

In a cooker add 1 cup wheat,pinch f salt, enough water and cook for 5 whistle. (f nt using cooker soak wheat and can cook n opn utensil) .


Now opn d lid and mix it once well... It shd b medium thick . 



Now on the flame,to this add melted jaggery and mix well. Now add 1 cup thick coconut milk and elaichi powder, boil for 1 min.


Tasty & healthy wheat kheer is ready to serve
